Week 69 – Field is White

We are being so blessed by the Lord here in Belgrano! We are super grateful and working harder than ever. We have so many people who will be baptized in March and April, and we are super excited.

We had an awesome Family Home Evening with Brian and Aldana and their family, the the Vazquez and Falcon families. Brian and Aldana are progressing a ton and are loving the church.

Bianca and Rosario are also progressing a ton as well. Bianca is getting ready for her baptism next Saturday! They love us and love the church and are really starting to become converted. We went out to work on Monday and it was pouring rain. We got soaked, even with our waterproof stuff haha. We got to Rosario and Bianca’s house, and they let us in and brought us towels like we’d just gotten out of the pool haha it was crazy.

Elder Marin got robbed this week in splits haha. Poor guy. It was the first time in a long time that we had to share a phone haha. The worst part was losing all of the contacts that he had in his phone.

This week, we worked a lot on a talk we wrote for the mission, called Game Day, talking about the Vision to Attend Church. This week, I have to translate it in English so I’ll send it to you guys next week. We are being super blessed as a mission. Our church attendance has risen a ton, and we are having more baptisms. It’s super special to see our hard work being blessed with results.

I love serving as assistant. I’ve learned so much and love having the opportunity to serve others. Thank you guys for your prayers. Please, keep praying and let me know if there’s anything I can do for you guys. I am so grateful for the Restoration of the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am so grateful for Him, and all that He has done for me. I love Him, and know that He knows me and loves me more than I can imagine. I’m so grateful for the Book of Mormon, and have learned that reading it daily can change our lives. Having a living prophet and apostles is such a huge blessing and is something that we too often take for granted. I know that this is Christ’s church. We are so blessed to have it in our lives, and by striving to make and keep our covenants, we will be blessed with happiness in this life and eternal joy in the life to come.
