I’m loving Pergamino! It wasn’t a very exciting week haha sorry for the boring email.
We had an exhausting day on Tuesday haha. We had several lessons where we were just trying with all our heart to help people understand and just like intense questions and trying to help them and praying for them. We got back to our apartment so tired haha. I loved it, I love sharing what I know to be true and trying to defend that truth the best I can.
It´s been super rainy all week this week. And when it’s not dumping rain, there is like a natural mist in the air which is cool because that´d never happen in Utah haha. But a lot of rain and walking in muddy streets.
We ran an activity in the ward where we talked about the importance of the Book of Mormon and played some games. We always make American desserts and the people love them haha, like chocolate chip cookies or banana bread.
We had a Noche de Hogar(Family Home Evening) with a less active family, Fla. Gimenez on Saturday where they made us dinner and we played a game with alfajores and shared a message about 2 Nefi 31. Their family treats us super well, they´re always giving us food and treats and always are wanting to have activities and asados together so that´s been super fun with them.
It’s been a great second week in Pergamino. Very rainy but we have had some good success and have a lot of hope for baptisms in May. I’m learning a ton from Elder Nixon and we are working great together. I love the mission and teaching this message which I know is true. I love you all and hope you´ve had a good week.
